Denise is an attorney with over 20 years of experience. She specializes in estate planning, trust administration, and estate administration law. She is able to counsel clients on complex planning techniques that many clients may not know are available to them. 

Education: JD Dickinson School of Law

Certifications/Licenses: LLM in Taxation University of Florida

What I am best at solving for my clients:

I love that I get to help people every day. Because of my specialized training in taxation, I am able to make sure clients don’t pay any more than they have to!

What I love most about working at Anderson Elder Law: 

The people that I get to work with every day. Not only my clients but all the other staff here at Anderson Elder Law. It is a special place to work. 

What I enjoy when I am not working: 

Spending time with my husband and our dogs, and volunteering for our local rescue, Last Chance Ranch.

I am a “dog mom” and always happy to talk about four-legged friends!
