Megan Lantz
Public Benefits Assistant
As our Public Benefits Assistant, Megan is often one of the first friendly voices new elder law clients hear. She greets clients, schedules appointments, and assists with document collection, helping ensure each family is organized and prepared as they begin the planning process. From the very first interaction, Megan focuses on making clients feel welcomed, supported, and at ease.
Her greatest strength is communication. Megan understands that many elder law clients are navigating stressful and emotional situations, and she takes pride in offering reassurance and clarity every step of the way. Whether answering questions, following up on paperwork, or simply listening, she works to make sure clients feel heard and cared for throughout the process.
What excites Megan most about her role is the opportunity to help people during uncertain times. Knowing she can calm someone’s anxiety, even in a small way, makes her work meaningful and rewarding. She also loves being part of a team that is deeply committed to client care and motivated to go above and beyond for the families they serve.
Outside of the office, Megan enjoys reading, crocheting, and going to the movies. A fun fact: she has a love for opera and enjoys attending live performances whenever she can.
