As our Client Intake Coordinator, she helps new clients schedule consultations, guides them through the intake process, and ensures all necessary information is gathered before their meeting. Whether assisting with scheduling or explaining what to expect, Kara makes sure every person who reaches out to the firm feels supported, informed, and prepared.
With a background in psychology from Penn State University, Kara brings compassion, patience, and strong communication skills to each interaction. She understands that reaching out to an elder law firm can feel overwhelming and strives to make the process calm, clear, and reassuring. Kara is also instrumental in streamlining our intake workflows, ensuring that every inquiry receives a timely and caring response.
What excites Kara most about her work is connecting with people, listening to their stories and helping them find clarity during stressful times. She finds it deeply rewarding to be part of a team that helps families gain peace of mind and security for the future.
Outside of the office, Kara enjoys spending time with her two cats, Miso and Beamer, as well as reading, crocheting, and creating digital art. She even runs her own small crochet business in her spare time. A passionate music lover, she’s attended more than 40 live concerts across a wide range of genres.
