Consultation Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Anderson Elder Law. To reserve your one-hour legal consultation with one of our Elder Law attorneys, we require advance payment of the initial legal consultation fee. This time is set aside exclusively for you, and our team begins preparing in advance to ensure your consultation is productive and meaningful.

We understand that plans can change. As a courtesy, you may reschedule or cancel your consultation once at no charge, provided we receive at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment.

Because of the preparation and time set aside for each client, late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or multiple cancellations/reschedules may be subject to a $50 administrative fee. This policy is in place to allow us to better serve all clients by offering timely appointment availability.

If, during your consultation, it is determined that your matter is not a good fit for our firm, we will review and decide whether a refund is appropriate under the circumstances.

If you do not attend your consultation and do not provide notice, the full consultation fee may be retained by the firm unless a refund is deemed appropriate based on the situation.

We value your time and ours and are committed to providing a high level of service from the start. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to working with you.
