CINDY GRAUL

Community Outreach Coordinator

Cindy Graul is the Community Outreach Coordinator for Anderson Elder Law. She has always had a strong passion for working with individuals and helping them shine. She entered the work force at 18 as a direct care giver for individuals with traumatic brain injury while pursuing a degree in Education in Rehabilitation from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

After graduating, Cindy worked with a refreshingly new concept of providing TBI support in the home setting with a holistic approach of a comprehensive care team helping individuals reintegrate back into their employment and home-setting as opposed to entering a post-acute rehab setting.  She went on to spend time within the senior population as an activity director and several other promotional roles within a popular nursing home company for 6 years.

She reentered the workforce after raising her three children, and entered the healthcare industry again with a newfound love of serving seniors in non-medical home care as a Community Relationship Specialist for 5 years. As she relocated from Montgomery County to Chester County, a new senior living community was built in Chester County, and she joined forces to support their business development role within Chester and Delaware County. Cindy is best known in the community for being a connector of referral sources, knowledgeable, kind, and bringing support and compassion to a situation with a solution. When they say seek the “helpers” she is just what you are looking for.

She has two speeds, sleep and LET’s go, she has had her own part time photography business for 24 years, snorkeling is her happy place, and displaying her nativity sets from around the world brings her joy around the holidays. She was daring enough to be the head chef on a TV pilot for an international episode called “Beat the Chefs” with the Game Show Network.
