FreeThe headlines in Pennsylvania have not been pretty. Guardians have financially abused the vulnerable wards that they were entrusted to protect. How is this possible when a guardian is appointed only after a strict court process that is designed to ensure due process? How is this possible when a guardian must account to the court on an annual basis? This course will take a deep dive into the problems and solutions that PA and many states across the nation have had to face in quick order to address the myriad of concerns raised by the disturbing headlines.
