Erin bitting
Junior Public Benefits Paralegal
As a Junior Public Benefits Paralegal at Anderson Elder Law, Erin assists clients throughout the application process by providing essential support and guidance. She helps streamline paperwork, manages documentation, and ensures applications to government entities are processed efficiently. Erin’s organizational skills and proactive problem-solving make her a valuable resource for clients. She handles the time-consuming tasks that often slow down important processes, allowing clients to focus on what matters most.
With a Master’s in Business Administration Management and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Communications and Media Marketing, Erin is passionate about her work. She is set to earn her Certified Medicaid Planner credential and is certified in CPR/First Aid/AED/Narcan. Her accomplishments include earning Girl Scout Bronze, Silver, and Gold awards, and she is an active member of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts, as well as the Union League of Philadelphia Legacy Foundation.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, competing in Mario Kart with her brother, traveling to national parks, hiking, and participating in equestrian cross-country competitions. A fun fact: she went on a horseback safari in Egypt in March 2024, where she galloped across the dunes by the Nile and Pyramids on an Arabian horse. She was also hired as a Park Ranger at Yosemite before the 2020 pandemic changed her plans, and she has visited four of the five International Girl Scout Centers.
