Anderson Elder Law is a firm specializing in legal issues affecting the elderly and is managed by one of only 31 certified elder law attorneys in Pennsylvania. Our mission is to help seniors and their families to navigate the complexities of the legal, medical and financial issues faced in later life, to provide advice and support in calm or crisis, in a caring and respectful manner.
In order to give our clients our full attention and to stay abreast of the ever-changing laws affecting the elderly, we limit our practice to elder law, asset protection planning, disability planning, estate and trust administration, the writing of wills, powers of attorney, health care directives and special needs trusts for disabled adults and children. Beyond the practice of law, we are active advocates for seniors and involved in their welfare at every level.
