      Attorney Joshua Wilkins will hold a seminar outlining the four essential documents everyone should have, including Power of Attorney, Will, Living Will, and Health Care Power of Attorney.  As of January, 2015 Act 95 goes into affect in PA which makes some significant changes to the law regarding Powers of Attorney.  Josh will highlight and explain these changes to seminar attendees.
